ادا کرتے ہوئے بخوبی سلجھا سکتی ہے۔ حالیہ او آئی سی اجلاس میں کون سے موضوعات زیر بحث رہے: فلسطین اور کشمیر کا متعدد بار حوالہ دیتے ہوئے عمران خان نے کہا کہ ’ہم دونوں امور پر ناکام ہوگئے ہیں۔ ہم کوئی اثر نہیں ڈال سکے۔ ہم منقسم ہیں۔ اور وہ طاقتیں جانتی ہیں۔ ہم ڈیڑھ ارب مسلمان ہیں مگر پھر بھی ہم ناکام ہیں۔ ان کے مطابق ہم بین لاقوامی قانون کے مطابق کوئی ناجائز بات نہیں کرتے بلکہ اپنے حق کی بات کرتے ہیں ‘- ان کا کہنا تھا کہ ’انڈیا نے کشمیر کی خصوصی حیثیت غیرقانونی طور پر واپس لے لی۔ اور اب انڈیا کوئی دباؤ محسوس نہیں کرتا۔‘ ان کے مطابق ’کشمیر میں جنگی جرائم ہو رہے ہیں۔ انڈیا کشمیر کی ’ڈیموگریفی‘ کو ایسے بدل رہا کہ مسلم اکثریت کو اقلیت میں بدلا جا سکے۔‘ افغانستان پر بات کرتے ہوئے عمران خان نے کہا کہ مستحکم افغانسان سے ہی دنیا میں دہشتگردی کا خاتمہ ممکن ہے۔ انھوں نے کہا کہ ’افغانستان کو بین الاقوامی کمیونٹی میں شامل کریں۔‘ او آئی سی وزرائے خارجہ کونسل اجلاس سے خطاب میں سعودی وزیر خارجہ نے کہا کہ یمن کے عوام کو انسانی بنیادوں پر مدد فراہم کر رہے ہیں جبکہ مسئلہ کشمیر کے منصفانہ حل کے لیے عالمی برادری کو کردار ادا کرنا چاہیے۔ انھوں نے کہا کہ عالمی قراردادوں کے مطابق فلسطین کے مسئلے کا پُرامن حل چاہتے ہیں۔ اس سے قبل اجلاس سے خطاب میں او آئی سی کے سیکرٹری جنرل کا کہنا تھا کہ مسلم اُمّہ کے مفادات کا دفاع کرتا رہوں گا۔ ان کے مطابق یمن تنازع سے وہاں کے عوام بُری طرح متاثر ہو رہے ہیں اور یمن میں خون ریزی کو فوری بند ہونا چاہیے۔ انھوں نے اس مسئلے کا پُرامن اور پائیدار حل تلاش کرنے کی ضرورت پر زور دیا۔ او آئی سی کے سیکرٹری جنرل نے کہا کہ کشمیری عوام کو اقوام متحدہ کی قرار دادوں کے مطابق حق خود ارادیت دی جائے، انڈیا کا پانچ اگست کو مقبوضہ کشمیر کی خصوصی حیثیت ختم کرنے کا اقدام عالمی قوانین کے منافی ہے۔ او آئی سی یو این قراردادوں کے مطابق کشمیر تنازع کے حل پر زور دیتی ہے۔ او آئی سی سیکرٹری جنرل کا کہنا تھا کہ فلسطین کے عوام کی نسل کشی کے اقدام اور حوثی باغیوں کی طرف شہری آبادی پر حملے کی مذمت کرتے ہیں۔ افغانستان پر بات کرتے ہوئے انھوں نے کہا کہ افغان امن کے لیے عالمی برادری سے رابطے میں ہیں۔ ’افغان حکام اور عالمی پارٹنرز کے ساتھ مل کر افغان امن کی کوششیں تیز کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔‘ جی میں آتا ہے کہ تعویذ بنا لیں تم کو

پھر تمہیں روز سنواریں تمہیں بڑھتا دیکھیں

کیوں نہ آنگن میں چنبیلی سا لگا لیں تم کو

جیسے بالوں میں کوئی پھول چنا کرتا ہے

گھر کے گلدان میں پھولوں سا سجا لیں تم کو

کیا عجب خواہشیں اٹھتی ہیں ہمارے دل میں

یہ معجزہ بھی محبت کبھی دکھائے مجھے

 کہ سنگت پہ گرے اور زخمی مجھے آئے

 میں اپنے پیر تلے روندتا ہوں کو

 بدن مرا ہی سہی دوپہر نہ بھائے مجھے

 بہ رنگ عود ملے گی اسے میری خوشبو

 وہ جب بھی بڑے شوق سے جلائے مجھے

 میں گھر سے تیری تمنا پہنے جب نکلوں

 برہنہ شہر میں کوئی نظر نہ آئے

 سب سے زیادہ نکلتا ہے میرا

 جو آپ کے ہمیشہ گلے کو جاری کرتا ہے۔

 میں اپنے دل سے خیال کس کا

 جو نہیں تو کوئی اور یاد آئے

 زمانہ درد کے صحرا تک آج تک لے آیا

 گزارہ کر کے زلفوں کے سائے مجھے

 وہ میرا دوست ہے جہاں کو معلوم ہے۔

 دغا کرے وہ کسی سے شرم آئے

 وہ مہرباں ہے تو اقرار کیوں نہیں کرتا

 وہ بد گماں ہے تو سو بار آزمائے مجھے

 میں اپنی ذات میں نیلم ہو رہا ہوں قتیلؔ

 غم حیات سے دونوں خریدیں مجھے

 دل کے معاملات سے انجان تو نہ تھا۔

 اس گھر کا فرد کوئی خاص نہیں تھا۔

 آپ جنت میں جا بسے

 ہماری گاؤں ویران تو نہ تھی۔

 بنوں میں جب لے لیا اسے نادان ضرور تھا۔

 جب چھوڑ کر چلا گیا مجھے نادان تو نہیں تھا۔

 کٹ تو کیا گیا ہے یہ نہیں پوچِھیے

 یارو! سفر حیات کا آسان نہ تھا۔

 چوکھٹ پہیلی اسکی سر کو جھکاتا کس کے لیے

 وہ اک امیرِ شہر تھا، بھگوان تو نہ تھا۔

 نیلام گھر نہیں بنایا اپنی ذات کو

 اس قدر میرا ایمان تو نہ تھا۔

 رسماً ہی بتاتا فاروقؔ حالِ دل

 کچھ اس کی ذات کا نقصان تو نہیں تھا۔

 مجھے اداس کر گئے خوش رہو

 مرے مزاج پر گئے ہو خوش رہو

 مرے کے لیے نہیں رک سکتا

 جہاں تک گئے ہو خوش رہو

 خوشی ہوئی آج تم کو دیکھ کر

 بہت نکھر سنور گئے خوش رہو

 اداس ہو کسی کی بے وفائی پر

 وفا تو کر گئے ہو خوش رہو

 گلی میں اور لوگ بھی آشنا تھے۔

 ہمیں سلام کر گئے ہو خوش رہو

 تم میری دوست پہ ناز تھی۔

 اسی سے اب مکر گئے خوش رہو

 کسی کی زندگی بنو کہ بندگی

 مرے تو مر گئے خوش رہو

 کبھی رُک گئے، کبھی چل۔

 کبھی چلتے بھٹک گئے-

 یہ تفوت صنم و حرم ہے کہ جب نشہ بھی ہو،

 جو بھی غرق بادۂ حق ہُوا، غمِ این و آں سے گُزر!!

 کبھی شہرِ حُسنِ خیال سے، کبھی دشتِ حزن و ملال سے،

 تیرے پیار میں تیرے پیارے میں آپ سے گُزر!!

 تیرے راہ گُزر میری راہ گُزر، تیرے نقشِ پا میری راہ پر،

 تُو جہاں سے گُزر گیا، وہاں سے گُزر۔!!

 راہِ زندگی میں مُقام وہ مُجھے بارہا مِلے دوستو،

 کہ خرد کا پھسل گیا، جنوں سے گُزر۔

 کبھی عرش پر، کبھی فرش پر، کبھی اُس کے در، کبھی دربدر،

 غم عاشقی تیرا شکریہ میں یہاں سے گُزر گیا۔

 میرا جسم کیا میری روح کیا؟ کوئی زخمی نہیں،

 اے امیرؔ تیرِ خدمتِ حُسن یہ آپ سے گُزر۔
